GOAL: To provide additional service support primarily in Poland
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Install and Support Equipment sold by Amtest to our
client base
- To provide process support to our Clients
- To have the ability to troubleshoot both on and off site
to ensure equipment ‘downtime’ is minimized
- To take personal responsibility for the Equipment
installed base, using the internal system of escalation, if necessary, for
problem solving.
- To co-ordinate activities with the Service Manager and
Area Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Education; Technical
High School or University in
electronics, automation etc.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience within the Service Support
Industry. Previous work experience
within the Capital Equipment or SMT industry will be an advantage.
- Computer skills – Windows, Dos
- Driving license.
- Communication skills in liaising with clients,
manufacturers and internally within the Amtest Team
- Self Motivated
- Living preferably in the area around Warsaw
(Mlawa, Ciechanow, Zyrardow ….)
- Ability for long time travelling
