A proven method of applying Conformal coating material is through dipping.
Correct selection of applying the material is the conclusion of factors such as

For this application the AMTEST partner is GEN3 Systems (formerly part of Concoat Ltd, the licensed manufacturer of Humiseal coating material). There 30-years + experience with conformal coatings has resulted in the following Dip Coating Systems

All models have a "‘judder free" pneumatic system that enables the coating coverage to be error free. Coating thickness is governed by the speed that the board is withdrawn from the material. The faster the withdrawal the thicker the material that remains on the board. On all models (excluding the lab 2000) a dwell control is provided, that is used to stop the board once immersed for a time period before withdrawal. This is important with highly populated boards.
The 2002 series is produced in a selection of widths that allow for different production throughputs from a 18 inch / 45 cm width up to a 36 inch / 90 cm width.
All equipment is manufactured within the EC in Great Britain.
Live trials to show both the Equipments quality and the suitability of your populated Board to Dip Coating are available upon request at their factory.
