Selecting the correct conformal coating material and blend is possibly the MOST important decision that must be made by the production, quality and commercial team, in the whole coating process.
This decision impacts on the protective quality of the board (as 2 Acrylic material manufacturers will not make equal quality of material), the application method and the drying / curing parameters that must be followed (time).
A Questionnaire that will assist you to select your own Correct Material Selection is available from Amtest upon request.
The Amtest partner for conformal coating material is HumiSeal.
Their policy of quality first, enables that the material is both offering first class protection and ease of application. All material is fully supported by Amtest process engineers.
