SAMSUNG SM321F
The SM321F offers the best-in-class quality by optimizing the head module of SM321. It is designed to fully satisfy customers needs by providing a variety of options such as camera types and rear feeder system depending on your production type.



Rigid and light head design
Four flying vision heads with four nozzles, each incorporated with its own vision camera. Reducing the weight of the head by decreasing the number of spindles, stable high speed motion could be realized. Theta movements were further enhanced by the use of two high speed theta (R) motors.
 



High speed gantry system
The twin servo system applied to each axis of gantry structure allows high speed placement by strong accelerating force. Equipped with self motion controller and reinforced rigidity of driving system, SM321F machine achieves superb repetition accuracy.
 



Powerful vision system
High speed flying cameras recognize and calculate offset for components such as chip, TR, BGA and QFP as they are picked up and transferred to the placement point.
 
Upward vision camera recognizes and compensates for larger components such as QFP, BGA, connectors and odd shape components.  



Smart recognition algorithm
The SM321F series increases recognition accuracy by removing component image noise function and implementing an automatic teaching function. Improved auto teaching function saves time for programming thus the production speed is increased.
