The SM411 series machines realized the high placement performance with two gantries by adopting the twin servo mechanism to the Y axis and flying vision to minimize the moving speed of the head for part placement. |
High speed dual gantry system
Dual gantry machanism with dual head system provides highest component placement in the class. The twin servo system applied to each axis of gantry structure allows high speed placement by strong accelerating force.
Equipped with self motion controller and reinforced rigidity of driving system, SM411 machine achieves excellent repetition accuracy. |

Smart head design
Two heads each with six spindles
Each spindle incorporated with flying vision camera and high speed nozzle
Reducing the weight of the head by using a single casting, stable high speed motion could be realized

High speed dual conveyor system
By adopting a dual work conveyor and shuttle inlet conveyor, the PCB feeding type was minimized, thus maximizing the actual productivity.
The board transport system automatically adjusts to the precise board width in order to further facilitate quick changeover. |
