Amtest Associates was established in London, England in 1973, and since the Companies inception over 30-years ago has exclusively worked in Central and Eastern Europe.

The Amtest vision since 1973 is to represent and supply equipment from the leading Global manufacturers and critically also to install, warrant, service and provide application support to our client base. The only strategic product change that Amtest has enacted was the switch from our focus on Test and Measurement equipment to our first entry into Surface Mount Technology in the 1980’s; to solely concentrating on SMT since Year 2000.

Amtest operates throughout Central and Eastern Europe employing over thirty personnel split evenly between ‘Sales – Logistics’ and ‘Field Service Team’. The Company has a fully operational demo centre in Slovenia and a spare part centre also within the EC to allow for next day delivery to EC clients.

Since 2005, Amtest has become the European Spare Parts and Logistics Centre for Samsung Techwin.

In 2006, Amtest was awarded Class ‘A’ Status by automotive company Schefenacker in their ‘Supplier Performance Assessment Rating’ with the statement ‘we are grateful for their supplying excellence’
